Extensions

Loft conversions

There are several types of conversions. Velux conversions with roof windows are becoming very popular. This is a very cost effective way as planning permission is not usually required and it does not require excessive roof alterations.
Dormer extensions would add alot more floor space, which would involve an extension to your existing roof.
