We are pleased to announce that one of the properties S & D Developments and Building Ltd have completely renovated will be shown on 'Britain's Empty Homes' on BBC 1 tomorrow 27th September 2012 at 11am.
If you are thinking of buying a new home that needs renovating from scratch or would like to change certain things with your home at present then tune in to see just one of the homes we have worked on.

We have some exciting news that we would like to share with you.
Have you ever watched the programme Britains empty homes? Its on BBC 1 at 11.45 daytimes. Well we are going to be on there! Not us personally but a project our company worked on, a full home renovationin Shoeburyness, Essex.
We thought it would be a good idea to share this with our customers, past and possible future clients as it will give you an insight of some of the high standard of work S & D Developments and Building carry out. |

Its been a few weeks since we last updated our Blog, so having added a few more photos of one of the bathrooms S & D Developments and Building Ltd have completed we thought we would give you an update of what we are now doing.
Since updating on here last time we have completed 2 bathrooms in Essex and are now near completion of a driveway. Again, we will post photos on our website on completion.
We hope you enjoy looking around our website, if you have any questions or comments on anything we would be more than happy to hear from you.

We have added some photos on of the completed work. Please take a look on our loft conversions page.
Our customer chose to decorate and carpet themselves.
We have now started a new bathroom in the Southend area, and we will add photos on completion of this.
We like to keep you informed of our progress and hope that you will come back to see our completed work. |

We at S & D Developments and Building Ltd believe it is nice for our past, present and potential customers to gain an insight into the work we are doing as we are doing it.
At present we are working on a loft conversion in the Romford area, which is very near completion. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom conversion.
We are looking to complete this conversion within the next fortnight and will be adding new photos on completion. So please come back to see the photos of some of our recent completed work... |
